A model maker from Iowa has made quantitative amounts of John Deere tractors, only on a miniature scale. It has been reported that Jim De Boer from Orange Country, Iowa nurtured a fascination with John Deere tractors which led him to be influenced to make models of John Deere tractors. Overall, it has been reported, Jim de Boer has created over 70 models of John Deere tractors which have been built to generally a 1/15th scale. It has been reported that LJ Companies of Rhode Island are set to rig a Potain MR605B crane in Providence.

Because of the congested city setting of the task in hand, a Potain crane may provide the perfect choice as it does not implement a swinging hammerhead, or flat top crane. This is particularly useful as the use of such craned may in fact create issues surrounding obstacles or even issues over air rights. It has been reported that a Caterpillar excavator has been used in the demolition of a farm in Brick, New Jersey. Universal Wrecking Corporation re a building demolition contactor in the USA. After completing the interior demolition of the farm which was being demolished, the corporation utilised a Caterpillar excavator with a shear and grapple attachment to demolish the outside tank of the farm. By using skid steers with demolition buckets attached, debris and metal were separated by material into separate piles. Kubota Tractor Corporation recently announced that they had intentions to build a distribution centre in Jefferson, USA.
